RULES
- This electronic ticket entitles its holder to attend the event.
- Copying this electronic ticket and transferring copies to third parties is prohibited. The unique identifier (barcode) displayed on the electronic ticket guarantees the right to attend the event once. Presentation by third parties of an electronic ticket with an identical identifier deprives its holder of the right to attend the event.
- In case of difficulties reading the identifier (barcode), including due to physical damage to the electronic ticket or technical malfunctions, please contact a representative of the organizing company or a member of the control service to have the ticket verified and resolve the issue of admission to the event. If a visitor voluntarily leaves the access-control area after an unsuccessful attempt to scan the identifier, the electronic ticket may be deemed invalid.
- Electronic ticket verification and access to the event venue are carried out in accordance with the rules established by the organizing company and/or venue administration. Having an identity document is not a mandatory condition for admission to the event. However, if there are doubts regarding the lawful use of the ticket, an organizer's representative may ask the visitor to present an identity document.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases provided for by law and/or the seller's offer terms. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the procedure and conditions for refunds shall be determined in accordance with applicable law, the offer terms and official notices from the organizing company and/or seller. The procedure for refunding service and other fees is determined by the seller's offer terms and applicable law.
- For questions regarding accessibility of the event for people with disabilities and other persons with special needs, as well as the conditions of their stay at the event, please contact support: support@rock-symphony-orchestra.com.
- Loud sound and intense lighting in the auditorium may cause temporary discomfort or adverse effects on hearing and/or vision. Visitors are advised to take this into account while attending the event.
- Tickets for the event should be purchased exclusively from official sales points designated by the organizing company. The organizing company reserves the right to deny admission if a counterfeit ticket, a ticket with an invalid or already used identifier, or a ticket purchased from an unofficial sales point is found to have been used, if its validity cannot be confirmed.
- Representatives of the organizing company and/or venue administration have the right to deny admission to persons who violate rules of conduct and safety, are in a condition that may pose a threat to other visitors, staff or property, possess prohibited items or substances, or otherwise create a threat to safety or the normal conduct of the event. Where admission is denied due to the organizer's fault or as a result of a technical/organizational error, the issue of refunding the ticket price shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the offer terms.
- Children aged 3 and over are admitted to the event without a separate seat — they must be held by a parent or accompanying adult. From the age of 6, a separate ticket must be purchased for the child. Please note that loud sound and lighting effects may be uncomfortable for children. Children attend the event under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
